You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies, Purpose, Vision, Mission and Brand Standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager - Human Resources is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division.
The candidate will be in charge for the Department and will be reporting directly to the General Manager for the day to day operations.
Must be able to work as per the local labor office requirements, ensuring all Visa and IQAMA (Residency) paper work is done, responsible for hiring the colleagues, securing visas, recruitment and ensuring all concerned colleague licences and permits needed are acquired.
Able to meet up with all the local requirements and must be well versed with the local regulations. Able to boost the Saudization percentage and recruitment as well in the hotel.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Assistant Manager or Coordinator in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
