Job Description

The main accountabilities of the role will be to support the Procurement Manager (New Procurement Models),


Support Procurement transformational agenda with independent projects led by PM team and support projects for markets and network.
End to end Project Management (Ideation, Development, Operations) of independent projects involving multiple contact points internally and externally.
Compile internal information on material portfolio’s, category strategy and understand how we buy the material.
Competitor scan to see how our competitors participate in the value chain of similar/same materials.
Market intelligence and industry analysis via primary and secondary sources (internet, publications, supplier/competition P&L analysis).
Support business case preparation via compilation of inputs related to Business structuring, make or buy analysis and local regulations.
Conduct financial analysis such as Discounted Cashh Flow (DCF) analysis, decision making under uncertainty and evaluating financials of a company to assist decision-making on projects.
Manage project networks for all projects and ensure proper archiving & documentation of project documents using One drive.
Conduct research and publish weekly press reviews for regular updates to the procurement excellence and Portfolio teams on the changes in govt policies / market dynamics / macro-economic indicators that can have an impact on our projects.


Degree in Finance or Engineering required.
Previous experience:
At least 2 years of previous Procurement roles/ Category Finance roles
Must be a strong executor.
Must be able to work independently and virtually.
