The Manufacturing Crew is responsible for carrying out general line operations and cleaning regimes according to planned operational requirements in order to safely deliver a good quality packed product.
Assists the Line Operator to carry out pre start-up checks to ensure that the area and equipment is clean and is in a safe condition as per the SOP.
Assists shutting down equipment and the area as per the SOP.
Performs cleaning and disinfection activities as per SOPs.
Alerts team leaders to potential sources of contamination and dirt identified in inaccessible places.
Assists in setting up equipment prior to run, following SOPs ensuring safety of people and quality of products during operation.
Provides a continuous supply of appropriate raw and packaging material from staging area to the respective filling lines.
Accurately monitors and records events that have occurred during shift (cases packed/rejects etc.) in the performance report and turnover to the next shift.
Must actively contribute to the safe working environment and safety programs.
Assembly and control operations also require a level of hand eye coordination and finger dexterity. Monitoring and Quality assurance tasks require an adequate level of sight and smell.
Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Degree holder in any technical course
At least 1 year of Manufacturing experience
Fresh graduates with a degree in any technical course are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting
