Job Description

The positioning Under the authority of the General Manager the Commercial Manager ensures on a daily basis the full operational management of the company East network of stores With the crossroads of all the sectors of the company the Commercial Manager works in tight collaboration with the General Manager and with the services marketing HR training supply chain finance category management store operations team of the HO team in KSA and liaise with the central head office in JAFZ The Area Managers Area supervisor trainers and the stores report directly to him 2The main mission Force of recommendation he proposes pilots and controls the operational policy and the stores in each city in order to achieve the fixed growth and the variable targets set by Company in KSA in respect with the company concept and the company policy Force of proposal he takes part actively in the process of the annual Budget and Revised He ensures the respect of the operational budgets and maximizes the economic performance of each store and each city He spends most of his time in the cities and in the stores He has the responsibility of opening of the new stores and the full management of the network He is responsible for achieving the sales targets and the operating income budget of company stores He optimizes the results and the gross profit vs the margin by category of brands He optimizes the mix between the categories of brands vs the budget He takes actively part in the decisions taken locally He guarantees the application of the company concept the marketing category management animations strategy and the safety of the stores and the satisfaction of the customers He validates controls and confirms the recruitments for the stores store managers specialists and BCs He supervises the Area Managers Area supervisors trainers and the stores and ensures the interfaces between the network and the head office of the company in Jeddah He coordinates animates federates and motivates its teams 3The status and hierarchical bonds He has a key role within Company KSA Middle East the teams of the stores store managers and team He reports directly to the General Manager of Company KSA The Area Managers and the Area supervisor report to him 4 Internal and external contacts Members of the head office team in KSA and Middle East storesthe Area Manager Area Supervisor 5KPIs The sales turnover vs the budget and the history total and comparable The shop profit of the stores The level of stocks of the company central and country by country The level of need for capital funds stocks and debts suppliers The gross margin of the company The ratios of performance transformation rateaverage basketnumber of articles per basket etc The shrinkage and the level of stock by store To insure the good results for the Audit To insure the good results for the mystery shopping To actively participate in Company Card program recruitment deployment of initiatives and Gifts distribution To actively participate and lead the negotiation with selective brands for returns Stock ageing To actively monitor and control shrinkage testers demarquing in the stores To actively help and support the feminization projects and support the stores during the transition periods
