Job Description



Job Description & Role:

The Document Controller shall:

  • Engage in the teams activities whilst managing the daily correspondence for the work domain.
  • Maintain and control the document management system.
  • Provide and demonstrate work knowledge, supporting the teams deliverable for the departments project goals.
  • Under supervision, demonstrate that the consortium partner and also their sub-contractor(s) deliver documents in accordance with project requirements.
  • Provide documentation support related to the work team by carrying out a range of document management and related tasks.
  • Participate and moderate the internal domain minutes of meetings and distribute.
  • The document controller shall report to the Senior Manager.


  • High School Diploma required
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Engineering/ Administration projects
  • Reporting based on presentations/ spreadsheets
  • 2 years minimum experience in document control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project)
  • Good command of English language - Arabic is preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Saudi National Preferred
